From Wendover take the A413 towards Great Missenden. After the by-pass has joined the A 413 carry on until you see road signs for Dunsmore. Turn right and after 50 yards you will cross the bridge. From Great Missenden the location is 3.5 miles north.

Limited, space for about three cars, parking in two field entrances on the west side of the line.

Arriva service 55 from Aylesbury to Chesham travels down the A413 although it is unclear if there is a recognised stop in the vicinity.

Nearest facilities are in Wendover with local shops a Co-op and pubs.

For trains from the south the sun becomes a problem after about 11:00, although would be OK for going away shots from mid-afternoon. Northbound trains in the afternoon would be at a tight angle because of trees. For trains from the north early afternoon would be best for the sun.
