Road directions
Located just off the A38, and is well signposted from Highbridge town centre.
Parking
Parking is available on the station approach road, but there aren't always many free spaces, it does seem secure though.
Public transport
Regular buses from the Taunton and Weston-super-Mare areas, and roughly hourly local train services on the Taunton - Bristol - Cardiff route.
Amenities
Plenty of takeaways and newsagents on Market Street which is a few minutes walk from the station.
Accommodation
Accommodation is readily available in Burnham-on-Sea, which is a few miles away.
Railway Gen Group
Wiltshire and Avon Gen
Photographic notes
The best shot is looking north in the afternoon from the up platform, where a shot free of any station furniture or platform is available, although you will need a focal length of at least around 25mm to push past the B3139 road bridge (shots are also available from this bridge in the up direction).
High trees can sometimes cause shadow issues for shots of trains at the platforms.
Noise levels are usually low, although as of May 2013 a building project is taking place next to the station, so this may impede videographers for a few months.
