From the M6 exit 31A:
Take the 3rd exit from the roundabout and continue on the A6. At the next roundabout go straight ahead and look for the turning on your right on to Todd Lane continue up the road and you will see the bridge.

A quiet populated area, should be perfectly fine to leave you car parked on one of the streets nearby.

Preston Bus run service 114 which does pass through Lostock Hall, but being out of Preston standard Preston Bus fares don't apply. Lostock Hall railway station is a 5 minute walk away from the bridge.

There are a couple of chip shops/fast food outlets and small shops in the nearby Lostock Hall village.

North West Gen

The line runs east to west, so light will be good for east bound trains in the morning, and westbound in the evenings. The lane is reasonably quiet but occasional passing cars may disturb videos.
