Road directions
  • Take A28 to Hogeweg in Amersfoort and take exit 8 into Amersfoort.
  • Continue on Hogeweg over a river and at the ESSO station turn right onto Flierbeeksingel.
  • At the roundabout turn left and cross the river and continue to the brick arch gates.
  • Just before them turn right up Weverssingel and then Het Zand.
  • When you see the canal on your left turn right up Grote Spui and Park up.
  • Continue on foot to the end of the road to reach the location.
    • Parking
    There is metered parking on Grote Spui but spaces are not always available.
    Public transport
    You can get there from Amersfoort station, it will be a 10 minute walk to the location.
    Amenities
    No toilets, but if you walk underneath the train tracks you get a a small shopping mall with a few places where you can eat and drink.
    Photographic notes
    You can take photos in either directions, but only one is suitable, the other is been very dark and two large buildings are standing there.
