Maybe a tricky area to park with it being in the city but side streets would be able to be parked on safely.

Best way in my opinion to get there is by S bahn 1,2 and 5 which can be caught from around the city and the HBF and are frequent.

Toilets are not in the location however there is shops nearby that might have some. There is a Pizza shop which is fairly cheap if you head south out of the station, past the tram stop and turn the first right. Along with this down the road on the way to the pizza shop there is a couple of other shops.

There are many hotels in Hannover as it is a large city. Nearest hotel is Hotel Marjani which has good ratings, it is a 5 or so minute walk from the station.

The station is not bad for photos but don't expect scenic photos, it is a very urban location where standing at most spots on the station you can get a good photo of passing trains. There will be issues at certain times in the day with the sun but usually you will be able to get photos from at least one direction. Tripods are able to be used on the station as long as not in people's way.
