From Dundee: Head out on the Broughty Ferry road. After passing a roundabout turn right over the railway and the location is just round the corner.
As long as you park clear off the corner on the road you will be fine, there is plenty of room to park car on grass.
From Dundee get the Strathtay buses service 75 or 76 to a stop just beside the turn off for the bridge.
There is nowhere to buy food at this location so come prepared, also there are no toilets for a mile or so.
There are lots of hotels in Broughty Ferry and plenty of Bed and Breakfasts.
As the only decent pics available pics are southbound the best time is from 13:00 to about 20:00 as the sun will be behind you.
You can also get pics standing on the bridge but the angle is not as good.
