Travel down the A56 passing through Frodsham and about half a mile after you will see the viaduct there is a road to park just before it.
Parking here is easy and safe to leave your car.
There are plenty of pubs and shops in Frodsham town centre.
Given the lines north west to south east direction then light is good in the morning up to early afternoon. Being on a road bridge and a reasonable distance away there will be plenty of traffic noise impairing video soundtrack.
