Berwick station is on an unclassified road which links the A27 west of Eastbourne with the A22 near Hailsham. On the A27, Berwick village is on the south side, the station to the north.
There is a station car park.
There is an hourly service during the day at the station to Eastbourne, Lewes and Brighton.
There are no toilets on the station though there is a pub nearby.
Berwick is a picturesque station with an excellent Southern Crossing-box and Semaphore signals.
Light is best here in the morning for trains from Brighton, but for trains from Eastbourne and for pictures of the signal box the afternoon is better.
