Road directions
From the M25:
Follow M23 towards Gatwick. At the East Grinstead / Crawley junction, follow A264 toward East Grinstead. At the 'Dukes Head' roundabout, turn right, through the village of Turners Hill (with the crossroads which you go straight accross) and then take the first left after the next roundabout (about 1 mile from Turners Hill). Turn into Station Road (almost at the far end of Sharpthorne village) and continue to the bottom of the hill.
Parking
There is some restricted parking along the west side of the line with a good view over the line, or along the roadside in the estate.
Public transport
Train to East Grinstead and then a bus to the village is the only real way.
Amenities
There are some village shops and a pub in the village.
