Turn off the A4 Bath Road into Sonning Lane and then into Warren Road.
You can park just after bridge next to some housing, and can see your car from the bridge at all times.
Get to Reading and a bus runs along the A4 Bath Road.
Nearest amenities and food would be petrol stations on the A4.
Nearest accommodation would be in Reading itself.
You can shoot in both directions but the view to the east is best. You are quite high up so zoom is a must!!
This location is best in high summer. The steep sides of the cutting cast shadows across the main lines during winter and the photographic window is much shorter.
