Road directions
The nearest town is Warwick, and is close to the M40, junction 15. From both Warwick and the motorway, take the A46 which leads you into Stratford. The train station is near to the centre of the town and is well signposted.
Parking
There is plenty of parking at the station including some spaces which are free for 20 minutes stays. If there is no room, there is always the supermarket next door!
Public transport
As well as the train service, buses from Warwick to Stratford include 16/16A and 18/18A which run about every half hour, although less regularly on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Amenities
The station itself has a quaint little café, although there is plenty of amenities in the town centre. The station is also next to a large superstore.
Accommodation
Being a tourist town there will be plenty of well priced accomodation.
Shots can be taken from all platforms, and from the over bridge. Sometimes, people can be seen waiting for a train from the south. The tracks appear to continue south, but the trains won`t get far as the tracks have been lifted beyond the bridge!
