From Wolverhampton by car, you carry on down the black country route to the Keyway Island and then take the A462 signposted Cannock. Follow the road down passed Iceland, Staples etc. At the next island turn left, head up to the light and turn right. about 200yds after that you go over the railway and Gypsy Lane runs along side the railway. The are 2 areas you can view trains. The first is after the railway bridge the second is 1/4 mile or so down the road.
Car parking is safe and right next to you. But park consideratley for the residents.
Shops within 5 minute walk and an excellent chippy.
There are a number of Bed and Breakfasts in the area.
A one way only shot, the other direction is to tight with trees unless you wish to shoot straight down through the overheads. Palisade fencing at this location mean steps are necessary to gain some height over the fence.
