About 3 or 4 trains an hour stop here in each direction during the day. See railway type and traffic.

There are toilets and a newsagent in the station plus Puccini's coffee places on both platforms, and the north bound waiting room has a rather nice 2mm display model of the station.
There are more shops at the bottom of the hill in the town.
