Attadale is located on the scenic Inverness - Kyle of Lochalsh line.
Railway type and traffic
Scotrail DMUs provides the usual motive power for the route.
There is no booked freight workings.
The line is popular route for enthusiast specials.
In a very sparse part of the Highlands and you will need to do a bit of walking on rough territory.
Plenty of parking beside the road.
There is no know road transport to the location, but there is a railway station at Attadale.Click here to set up your location for directions to this location
There are no facilities available in the area, probably best to continue to Kyle of Lochalsh.
Kyle has a range of accommodation. Ledgowen Lodge at Achnasheen
has a broad range of accommodation. It is wise to pre book.
