Location notes
Gries am Brenner is a village on the line between Innsbruck and Brennero. From Brennero the line continues in to Italy via the Brenner Pass to Verona.
Railway type and traffic
Hourly EMU, two hourly Euro City(Class 1216), approx hourly RoLa trains (top and tailed) and regular Lokomotion/TXL/OBB freight trains.
Environment
A peaceful location at the top of a hill! Very safe as there is nothing or nobody about.
