"Garsdale is one of the wildest stations on the Settle-Carlisle."
Garsdale is situated in a very remote area on the Western side of the Pennines. Because of the location, the weather can become very nasty very quickly. Although this can give some atmospheric photos, you should ensure to take ample food and extra clothing.
From the A684 Garsdale Station is signposted on a south facing turning. If approaching from the east you will pass under the railway before the turn. From the west you will pass the villages of Knudmaning and Clough before the turn.Click here to set up your location for directions to this location Garsdale map co-ordinates

There is an un-heated waiting room on each platform. There are no shops in the immediate area. The only way to cross platforms involves a lengthy walk and some steep inclines. Garsdale Station Notes
