The station has a carpark, of shich one section you can see from the platforms!
Public transport
First Greater Western Link and First Great Western and Thames Trains all operate services.
Stagecoach Oxford buses from Oxford, Abingdon and Wantage daily and Thames Travel from Wallingford during the week.
Amenities
There is a "Lemon Tree" on one of the platforms and a Spar by the main entrance.
The station has toilet facilities.

03-05 update - PD
There is now a large Sainsburys located near the location. There is a Café in the Sainsburys and it overlooks the eastern end of Didcot Parkway approach - all traffic using Didcot East Junction can be seen from the café (ie on the avoiding curve and through the station) . DB Schenker livery locos can be eyeballed although 'viewing aids' may be required for locos or units with smaller numbers.
Photographic notes
The station is on a quite long section of straight track so there is ample opportunity to catch approaching trains. There are many positions throughout the day so getting the sun right should not be a problem.
