Road directions
From the A1(M) northbound:-
turn off at junction 6
Take the first exit and head along the dual carriageway (B1000)
down the page to common directions

From the A1(M) Southbound:-
turn off at junction 6
Take the first exit and head along the dual carriageway (B1000)
down the page to common directions

Common Directions
At the end of the B1000 go straight across the roundabout (first exit) and up the hill. This road has traffic calming measures in place.
At the next roundabout take the first exit (left turn) and go up Station Road
When you see the railway going over the road, in about 200yards, the turning for the station car park is on your left.

Parking
The station car park is located on the west side of the station. There is also street parking close by.
Amenities
The station has a small coffee shop open during the peak hours. There are waiting shelters located on the platforms. There is a pub opposite the station called the Cowper Arms (west side) and a newsagents outside the station (east side)

The station is a high speed route with a line speed of 110mph through the station. Lighting for southbound trains is ok but due to a bank and the buildings along the east side of the station they tend to be in the shade up to the middle of the day, with
