From Inverness take the A9 to Tore Roundabout then take the A835 to Maryburgh. From there take the A862 and the location is about 1 Mile on the right hand side.
From the North take the A9 to Cromarty Bridge then take the Dingwall Road and pass through Dingwall and just across the Road from Gardner's Building Supplies the locations lies.
You can park your car right beside the location as it is a old knocked down Building that had been converted into a Car Park for the nearby Flats.
By foot from the station:Turn left from the station and walk down Station road. When the road and railway diverge the crossing is next left.
There are 6 Trains from Inverness, 3 from Kyle Of Lochalsh and 3 from Wick. During the Summer there is also a 12:38 train from Inverness which runs to Kyle.
There is also a Bus Service which is operated by Stagecoach Inverness and they depart from Inverness Bus Stn at 05 & 35 Minutes past each hour for most of the Day service numbers 25/27. There is also a service 19 which runs from Inverness Union Street to Dingwall via Muir Of Ord & Beauly.

The nearest faculties would be in Dingwall Town Centre about 1/2 Mile away.
The nearest Hotel is the
National Hotel situated 200 Yards from the Railway Station and about 1/2 Mile from the location.
The hedge in front of the line gets cut by the farmer when it gets long. There is also a set of black steps that you can use to cross the railway. These can also be used to gain height against the Railway.
The best place for videographers is on the main road side of the crossing as there is some trees behind them.
