Travel to St. Blazey either from Bodmin or Lostwithiel or from St. Austell on the A390, this will take you to the main street in St. Blazey. From either end you should come to a set of traffic lights by a church. Opposite the church is a fish and chips shop called T-Lights take this road which is called Station Road, travel along this road and at the end you should see a level crossing, if you take that road you will find Par Station. But if want St. Blazey Depot follow the road to the right and then to the left, a bus depot should be on your right with the railway yard on your left. Keep on this road and you should find two entrances to your left, do not go in the first one this is for the depot, go in the second entrance which will take you into the Roundhouse industrial estate, park now!! DO NOT park in by the turntable because this is NO PARKING ZONE, by all means walk in by the roundhouse and the turntable should be inside the fence.
For the Station park in the free station car park.
For the depot park in the large area of gravel before the round house.
There are toilets at Par Station but they shut at around 4-5 o'clock. There is a pub by the gated level crossing and an INN by the station. There is also a good chip shop Vals Place on the one-way system if you turn left and go over the gated crossing then under the Great Western Mainline and around the corner on your left.
There is an inn at Par Station which has good accommodation.
