Radwell is signposted from the A6 out of Bedford.
There is a small lay by buy the field. In times of heavy rain this will be just above the water level
Stagecoach's 'Mercury M50' service runs hourly between Bedford and Kettering and runs along the road between Milton Ernest and Radwell.
There is nothing at the location.
The location affords decent views of the fast lines in both the up and down directions. But the slow lines are at a higher level and partly shrouded by the viaduct wall.
Light is best from lunchtime onwards. The shot is only on for south facing trains, or symmetrical multiple units.
