From the A380 take the B3192 to Teignmouth. At the end of the road turn right on to the A381 Bitton Park Road. The bridge is a left turn shortly along this road at the traffic lights.
There are places to park in Teignmouth itself but not many around the bridge.
Turn right outside Teignmouth Station along Bitton Park Road until you reach a set of traffic lights where the road becomes Bishopsteignton Road. Follow the road left and this will take you down to the bridge. Walking time around 20 to 25 minutes.
Teignmouth has plenty of shops, cafes, pubs etc. There are public conveniences near the bridge adjacent to a Rugby field.
Teignmouth is a popular holiday resort with plenty of accommodation.
Views can be had of north and south bound trains although the amount of traffic on the bridge makes it difficult to cross quickly. Due to the amount of traffic it is very noisy for videographers.
