Road directions
From the M1, Junction 13:
Exit and head south on the A507. Continuing on this road (and ignoring the popular turn to Leighton Buzzard and Bedford). On the right is a small pull-in with space for several cars. Once parked follow the footpath down through several fields, and you will see the crossing.
Parking
In the lay by, see the road directions.
Public transport
The foot crossing is roughly midway between Ridgmont and Aspley Guise stations, Ridgmont probably being slightly closer, which has hourly trains from Bedford and Bletchley.
Amenities
There are no amenities on the station but there is a public house and the usual range of village shops in both Aspley Guise and Husborne Crawley.

Photographic notes
The foot crossing is on the edge of a lightly wooded area, and which provides nice dappled patterns in the summer, and nice foliage in the autumn, but again can be problems in winter and spring. To take photographs in this location you must be on the inside of the fence, although still on the crossing, as the fence is too far back.
