Road directions
From the M27 at Southampton follow the road toward Ringwood and turn toward Beulieu motor museum. Then follow signs toward Brockenhurst from there.
Parking
There is a car park behind platform 1 which is fairly secure and visible.
Public transport
Train is the best way, direct trains from Waterloo, Southampton, Basingstoke, Reading, Manchester, Birmingham, Bournemouth and Weymouth.
Amenities
There are toilets on the station, plus a small cafe. The main town centre is outside the station and to the left, and a pub is just outside the station.
Accommodation
There is a hotel around half a mile away toward Southampton.
The light is generally good throughout the day, but obviously tends to favour shots to the east or west as the sun moves around during the day. No problems with low sun as both ways is fairly clear but the station awnings cause large shadows.
