Approaching from the west along the M180, turn off at Junction 5 signposted Hull, Humber Bridge, Airport. At the end of the motorway slip road you will approach a roundabout, take the first left signposted Elsham. Continue along this road through Elsham village, then at a T junction turn left, then take the second right onto Elsham Road (Signposted Worlaby - Bonby). Continue along this road until you get to Worlaby village, then turn left onto a track and drive for about 1.5 miles until you reach the railway line.
Approaching from Grimsby along the A180, take the Barnetby turning then on the roundabout take the 3rd left signposted Elsham and follow the insctuctions above.
Approaching from Grimsby along the A18, after the turning down to Barnetby village approach the roundabout/junction with the A/M180 and take the 2nd left signposted Elsham, and follow the instructions above.
Approaching from Hull along the A15, at the junction with the M180/A180 (Roundabout) take the 4th left - almost turning back on yourself, signposted Elsham, then follow the instructions above.

There is a gravelled area adjacent to the line where you can park.

Sadly this location is completely inaccessible by public transport.

There are no amenities as this location is in the middle of nowhere! Take your own supplies.

Yorkshire Rail

The lighting is not usually a problem here, you can take decent photos from both sides of the crossing in both direction, although the best shots for Eastbound are in the morning and logically Westbound in the afternoon.
If the weather is dull, you can get a nice shot of trains a few hundred yards back along the track, but this is only good for westbound trains.
