From the end of the M180 Barnetby le Wold is signposted to the south. The station is well signposted in the village.
There is a free station car park.
There is a pub opposite the station. Also, there is a Chippy about 250 yards down the road - It is closed on Mondays and between 13:00 and 16:30.
There are also public toilets situated on the approach road to the station, though these are not open 24hrs.
The light will favour south east bound trains from around midday. The foot bridge provides a number of different levels from which to shoot, giving you a 'classic' shot of a train approaching from the north east.
