Follow the A205 to Forest Hill and then signs to Honor Oak Park. It is easier to reach this location by train however.
You can park in the nearby roads.
Nearest train stations are Honor Oak Park and Brockley with good services to Croydon and London Bridge. There are also frequent TFL busses nearby.
Most of what you would need can be found in nearby Forest Hill.
With in interesting view of Canary Wharf to the north this location provides an interesting backdrop to shots. The light should be good for most of the day, the bridge is not too high and you can easily photo from the bridge. As it is an inner city location you may find it a bit noisy for videography.
