Road directions
From the M1, Junction 24: Take the A50 towards Derby. At Junction 1 take the Castle Donington turning. Straight over the first island and then second turn right into Broad Rushes. Straight over the first island then just round the corner is a small parking area. Car would be out of your sight most of the time though while it is parked there.

Public transport
Skylink and Indigo (Nottingham-Loughborough)
The location can be reached by the Skylink which runs from Derby to Loughborough and Leicester. Alight from Derby at the Gasny Avenue stop in Castle Donington. Turn right into Trent Lane follow to the end and turn right. If coming from Leicester or Loughborough alight at the Trent Lane stop, turn to the direction the bus has come from then take a right turn into Trent Lane, follow to the end and turn right. If coming from Loughborough on Indigo get off at 'Hill Hire' turn to the direction the bus has come from then take a right at the end of the road. Coming from Nottingham, Beeston, Long Eaton make sure you only catch Indigo (Loughborough) Stay on the bus past to 'Hill Hire' Castle Donington and continue on foot in the direction the bus is travelling, turn right at the end of the road.
Amenities
There is a medium sized Co-Op store at the junction of Trent Lane and Station Road. About ten mins walk away. Castle Donington itself is a bit further away along Station road with many pubs and a few take aways.
You are also only about 10 minutes drive away from Donington Park Racing Circuit and the Airport.
Photographic notes
Because of the recent nature of the road and industrial area the maps are out of date. The road is slightly different and there business park is bigger now.
South side of the line is best for viewing eastbound and westbound trains. Although you really need to know what is due as it means a dash across the road. IF you are looking one way it is hard/impossible to see what is coming from the other way. Steps may also be useful at the location.
