Get off the M25 at J28 and head along the A12 towards Brentwood. Get off at the A1023 and follow signs toward Shenfield.
The station has a secure car park.
One Great Eastern operate services from London, Ipswich, Colchester and Southend.
The station has toilets.
Best to stand in middle of platforms 3/4 to get the best look at trains using the station. Class 315s are the sole users of platforms 4+5 (apart from special workings) and terminate there (except for certain Early Morning services). Platforms 2+3 have services passing and stopping and platform 1 is used by services from Southend or Southminster. Unfortunately, this station has an auto announcer which can be quite loud on videos.
