Road directions
From the M20 Junction 11:
Take the A20 towards Ashford. After about a mile, there is a junction with the A261. Do not take this road but turn right onto a minor road signposted Westenhanger; the station is at the end of this road after about a mile.
Parking
There is a small car park and spaces always seem to be available.
Public transport
By train; hourly service Charing Cross - Ashford - Dover. No buses appear to serve the village.
Amenities
No facilities at the station or the village. Nearest village with facilities is Lympne about 2 miles south, otherwise Hythe is about four miles away.
Accommodation
Being close to the Kent Coast, there should be no problem finding Bed and Breakfasts.
Railway Gen Group
South East Gen
Photographic notes
Line runs approximately east-west, so best around mid-day. The line is straight, so there is plenty of visual warning of approaching trains, even Eurostars. Best views are from the up platform and the CTRL is clearly visible. The road over bridge has high parapets so is only suitable if you have steps.

Unlikely to be suitable for video owing to noise from the parallel M20.
