Travel along the A55, to either the services west bound or the parking opposite eastbound.
If heading west park at the service station and walk over the bridge over the motorway which brings you to the bridge over the cycle path and railway line.
Railway service to Penmaenmawr and head to the coast and follow the railway to the bridge.
Very close service station just other side of the bridge over the A55.
The line here is WNW-ESE so the sun is on the south side for most of the day so better in morning for eastbounds and afternoon for westbounds. In evening sun moves onto the other side so photos are possible from the other side of the line.
