Road directions
From the A1(M) Junction 36:
Take the A630 towards,and through, Conisbrough. When you reach the village of Hooton Roberts take the B6090 towards Kilnhurst and Swinton. Immediately after crossing the second railway line turn right into Highthorn Road and the next right, Victoria Street, is the bridge for the location.

Roadside parking in the nearby streets.
Public transport
From Swinton Station Ticket Office - leave the Car Park exit, turn left into Lime Grove. Follow the road to a T Junction and turn left again into Highthorn Road, keep following the road to the end which leads to Victoria Street where the bridge is located. Walking time about 20 minutes.
The location is served by the Bus 218 operated by Stagecoach. Timetables can be found on here.

Photographic notes
Best location for photography is the morning for services heading towards Sheffield and Rotherham. On the opposite side facing towards Rotherham and Sheffield is a gas pipeline which crosses over the railway which can obstruct the view.
