Follow the Wellingborough to Irthlingborough road from the cross roads at the bottom of the hill (Senwick Road) from Midland Road and Wellingborough station. After winding over the river the road climbs a hill to a tight turn over the railway. The location is over the crash barrier on this curve.
Within the Industrial Estate located after crossing the railway.
The bridge is about a 10 minute walk from Wellingborough Station.
There is a cafe in the Leyland industrial estate that is open 07:30 to 14:00 Monday to Fridays.
This is the best location for north-bound afternoon shots in the area. You will have to climb over a short crash barrier at the side of the road to get to the shot position, once there there would be room to set up a video tripod if required. But noise from the road would interfere with audio recordings.
A southbound shot is possible from the other side of the road, but you will be standing with your back to the road on a very tight corner, so it would be better to shoot somewhere else if you are after a southbound working.
