From Canterbury, head towards Margate on the A28. After passing through Sturry, the next village is Westbere, and you need to look out for a right hand turn. There is another if you miss the first!
Follow the road to the bottom of the village past Ye Olde Yew Tree pub -(Recommended!!) The crossing is at the end of Walnut Tree lane.
You can park in Walnut Tree Lane, but be considerate. It may also be difficult to turn around in the lane if there are a few cars parked, so be careful.
The line is almost east-west here, and as such, shots from the other side of the crossing can be had throughout the day and in both directions, although to be honest, these are a little bland. May be useful to make a change, or to take video footage from though!
