The bridge links Love Lane and Barbara Grove. Leave York station and turn right, when you get to Micklegate traffic lights turn right and keep going until you reach a junction with Holgate Road, take Holgate Road and cross over Holgate Bridge (this one is too high for you to really see anything unfortunately) and then take a left into Hamilton Drive East and another left onto Barbara Grove.
You can park on Love Lane or Barbara Grove but there may be restrictions.
There are busses between the station and the location and also it is also a reasonable length walk from the station.
Plenty in York city center.
Very good for photos in both directions but the OHLE will require some skilful photography! Videography should be fine as there is very little pedestrian traffic on the bridge.
