At the end of the M180 (junction 5 for Barnetby) continue straight on onto the A180. At the next junction after 4/5 miles turn onto the A160, then first left onto the A1077. You will drive across Ulceby station level crossing then turn left onto the B1211 which will take you over Brocklesby station bridge.
You can park your car on the bridge.
There is no public transport to Brocklesby, the nearest station being Ulceby.
There are no amenities in the area.
The light here is best in early morning for trains heading towards Immingham/Cleethorpes. Dinnertime onwards, you can get shots of westbound trains passing through the old station but by mid-afternoon the sun will be on the platform-side of these trains.
There is a not too obvious public footpath crossing the field to the north of the line towards Ulceby and you can get photos of freight trains rounding the curve from the second field. A step-ladder may help here as the field is slightly lower than the railway.
