From the A172 at the junction with the A1043 tuen into Stokesley Road. At the T junction turn right onto Guisborough Road. Follow this road and the station will be on your left.
There is space for a few cars to park next to the station.
The train service to Nunthorpe isn't that good. There is only the Whitby trains (every 3 hours in each direction) and a few extra services in the peaks. There are 2 busses (28, 28A) an hour from Middlesbrough bus station to Nunthorpe.
There are a couple of local shops next to the station.
Trains going on/coming off the single line section to Battersby will stop on the crossing to either get or give up the token from the signal box.
As there are so few trains on the line, extra services may often run early.
The sandite was especially bad this year, often leaving up to 90 minutes early on Saturdays!
