Road directions
From Middlesbrough: Follow the A66 (towards Redcar) and at the singpost 'Teesport A1053' turn Left and follow the road until a slight rise, find a road side park in place.
From Redcar:
Follow the A1085 (Trunk Road) untill signposted A1053 Teesport and A66 Midlesbrough, Take the 3rd exit off the roudabout (signed Teesport) and get into the offside lane, in about 300 yards at the roundabout follow sign post for Teesport, the location is as Middlesbrough directions
Parking
There are no official Car parks, but you can get on the road side near the box or proceed a little further and on the opposite side of the road is a small lay-by.
Public transport
No public Transport passes this site.
Amenities
There are no toilets or places to eat in the immediate area. But there is an Asda superstore about a 2 mile walk away on the A66.
Accommodation
B&Bs and Hotels are available at Redcar and Middlesbrough, both are only a few miles from the site.
Good sight of the track can be seen from the various pipe bridges in both directions. The use of a tripod is difficult as these bridges are walkways but a mono pod could be useful, I have taken stills and videos at this location -the sun (when it appears) is usually in a favourable position.
