From the M5, Junction 17:
Head West down the hill through Easter Compton and eventually turn right at a Y junction for Pilning. After passing under the railway, keep to the left and in to the station car park.
Parking
You can park the car right up by the station entrance and keep it in view at all times.
Public transport
One of the least used stations in the country! Only two trains per week. There should be a bus service to Easter Compton.
Amenities
There is a pub, The Plough, within 2mins walking distance - serves food as well as Wadworths beers.

Wiltshire and Avon Gen
Photographic notes
Very good views to both the East and West. Either from the platforms or the footbridge. The location can get very busy with enthusiasts if a special is due through.
