Road directions
From the A1 turn off at Normans Cross and take the B1091, travel through Yaxley and head towards Peterborough. After passing over the Road over Rail Bridge heading towards Peterborough keep travelling for another 3/4 mile. You will reach Farcet (speed bumps in the road) the on the First Right before you reach the Church is Haddons Way. Turn into Haddons Way and travel towards the bottom on the road where you will find a parking area close to a Mobile Phone Mast / Football field. The entrance to Crown Lakes Country Park is opposite. Walk down the footpath toward the end where the bridge can be found.

There is a parking area adjacent to Crown Lakes Country Park.
Public transport
There is a 20 minute bus service from Queensgate to Farcet (Citi Route 3) Operated by Stagecoach in Peterborough, the service must be a Yaxley service. The Whittlesey - bus does not go to Farcet. Board the bus a Queensgate after a 15 minutes bus ride you should enter Farcet, you need to disembark the bus stop opposite the Church in Farcet. Cross over the road, this can be busy, but you can easily safely cross the road. On the other side is a road called Haddons Way -this is also sign posted with a 'Country Park Sign' which is on your right. Walk down Haddons Way and opposite a Mobile Phone Mast / Football field toward the bottom of the road is the entrance to Crown Lakes Country Park on your left. Just follow the path all the way to the end which brings you to the bridge. The route to Haddons Bridge is also on the Green Wheel Route.
Amenities
No toilets in the area.There is a small shop in Main Street, Farcet, which sells snacks.

None to the best of my knowledge locally, buy plenty of Bed and Breakfasts in Peterborough.
Good photographic opportunity in early/mid morning and mid to late afternoon. Morning the best shots for trains heading towards London, in the afternoon trains heading towards Peterborough. Due to vegetation photographs from the Down Side of Trains heading towards London is not possible.
