Road directions
From nearby Long Buckby, turn into King Street and continue on the B5385 heading for Watford village. Shortly after entering the village, take a right hand turn down Church street and follow road to the end. At the end of the road, turn left, and the public footpath is just to the right of the farm house.
Parking
You can park on the grass verge next to the field.
Public transport
First offer a a bus service (207) which connects Northampton to Long Buckby and Watford.
Amenities
There is a restaurant in the village itself, but you will be better catered for in nearby Long Buckby which offers many shops and pubs.

Photographs are only really good looking north for Southbound workings. The best shot can be obtained if you walk a few yards up the field from the bridge from the line side fence.
